This project supports the Lower Sioux Indian Community’s goal to conduct a comprehensive marketing feasibility study and develop a strategic roadmap to guide sustainable cultural tourism development rooted in Dakota values.

Scope of Work Includes:

Determine whether there is a viable audience and market demand for Lower Sioux cultural tourism offerings.

Creates a phased, actionable plan to position Lower Sioux as a cultural tourism destination.

Cultural Tourism Website Portal

Creates a centralized digital home for Lower Sioux cultural tourism.

Tourism Package Planning

Builds structured visitor experiences rooted in Dakota culture.
